Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Orders are shipped from Arlington Heights, Illinois. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Within the United States

MiniSprays currently ships within the United States only.

Standard Shipping: $5.99

Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $50 or more

Shipping rates shown at checkout will reflect the options available for your order and destination.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Any delivery estimate provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Please note that processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

Order & Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an incorrect address before your order has shipped, contact us as soon as possible at orders@minisprays.com.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, around the delivery location, and with the shipping carrier.

If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us at orders@minisprays.com and we will help review the available next steps.

A package marked as delivered does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please contact orders@minisprays.com within 3 days of delivery with your order information and clear photos of the damage.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where MiniSprays determines otherwise due to a MiniSprays fulfillment error or where otherwise required.
