Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST ship the following business day.
- We ship from our warehouse in Illinois, USA.

- United States: 4–10 business days from the shipping date
- International: 10–15 business days

Additional Shipping Info
- Delivery times are based on the shipping date, not the order date.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST.
- During holidays or high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed.
- Occasionally, products may sell out before inventory updates. If so, we’ll contact you immediately to resolve the issue.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or we made a fulfillment error.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, MiniSprays is no longer responsible for its whereabouts.
If your order is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
