Are the fragrances 100% real?

Yes, all fragrances are 100% authentic and genuine. We purchase from authorized vendors or manufacturers and decant them into smaller atomizers for your convenience. . Each fragrance is decanted directly from the original bottle, ensuring you get the exact same quality as you'd find in stores. We guarantee our products originality.
Additionally, many fragrances are available in different concentrations (e.g., eau de parfum, eau de toilette), which can slightly vary in scent. You can find the concentration details in the "Product Info" section when selecting your fragrance.

What is a decant?

A decant refers to the process of transferring fragrance from the original retail bottle into smaller, sample-sized atomizers.

Are the samples authentic? Are they the same as in a store?

Yes, all our samples are 100% authentic and made from original brand-name
fragrances. We do not sell imitations or knock-offs. The fragrances are decanted directly from the original retail bottles, ensuring they are the same
as what you’d find in stores.

Each item is guaranteed, and if you receive a defective or damaged product, we’ll replace it at no cost if contacted within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note that fragrances may vary slightly depending on their concentration (e.g., eau de parfum vs. eau de toilette). You can find the concentration details in the "Product Info" section when selecting your fragrance.

What sample sizes are available, and how long do they last?

This depends largely on how much fragrance you use daily. Each sample size has an approximate amount of sprays per bottle.

The shelf life of a sample fragrance is about 3-6 months depending on where & how you store your fragrance.

How do I store my sample?

Keep your fragrance in a cool, dry, and dark place. Avoid direct sunlight and humidity to extend shelf life.

Are the decants/samples labeled and equipped with spray tops?

Yes, all decants come with a spray top and are individually labeled with the fragrance name and brand.

What are your bottles made of?

We use high-quality glass for better fragrance longevity. These bottles are sturdy but can break if dropped.

The easiest way to access all of your account, shipping, tracking, Points & orders information is to Log In to your account at MiniSprays.com.

How do I track my order?

After our team has processed your order and printed a shipping label, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number. You can view tracking information on the USPS website, or at Minisprays.com. If you do not receive the tracking email or cannot access your email for the shipping information, you can login to your MiniSprays account and access it here: My Account

Once you are logged in, tracking information can be found under Your Profile > My Orders > View Order.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancelling your order can be done via your Account Dashboard. Please follow these steps to update to cancel your order:


1. Click on the icon near the top right corner of the screen.
2. Login to your account.
3. Click on View Profile to get to your Dashboard.
4. Under Recent Orders, select the "View/Cancel" option under the Actions column.
5. Click on "Cancel Order"
6. Select your 'Reason for Cancellation' and click "Cancel This Order".


If you encounter any problems while trying to cancel your order, please submit a request with the email address you used to place your order AND the reason for wanting to cancel. Our friendly customer service team will respond as soon as possible.

Are the decants safe for travel?

Yes, all sizes are TSA-approved and travel-friendly.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Enjoy free shipping within the US. International shipping rates depend on the location.

What do I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your item is damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days with a picture of the issue. We will replace damaged or incorrect products at no cost.

What if my package shows 'delivered,' but I didn’t receive it?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Allow 1–2 days for the package to arrive, as carriers sometimes pre-scan shipments.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel before the order ships. If shipped, you can return the unopened package at your expense for a refund.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for refunds.
