Eligibility
The MiniSprays Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of MiniSprays.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by MiniSprays.com. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, or Snapchat.
Entry Period
The giveaway begins on MM/DD/YYY, and ends on MM/DD/YYYY, at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after the entry period will not be eligible.
Limit: 1 entry per person. Entries must follow the instructions on the giveaway post or page to be considered valid.
Prizes
• One (1) winner will receive a Mystery Unisex Fragrance Box valued at $100.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prizes will be offered. MiniSprays.com reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal value without prior notice.
Winner Selection & Notification
• The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries on the date announced on our social media and website.
• The winner will be notified via email on the same day as the drawing.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, MiniSprays.com reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternate winner.
Publicity
By entering, participants agree to allow MiniSprays.com to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes across all platforms without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
